Job summary

Eataly in New York seeks a General Manager of Quick Service Restaurants to lead its bustling QSR counters—coffee, pastries, gelato, pizza and grab-and-go options. You will oversee QSR operations, collaborate with Retail and Full Service, and report to the Director of Store Operations.

The role requires 6+ years in high-volume QSR management, exceptional leadership and financial acumen, and the ability to optimize labor, pricing and promotions to drive profitability while maintaining guest

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• 6+ years of management in a high-volume quick service.
• Exceptional communication, leadership and team-building skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, organizational and business management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and common retail POS systems.
• Experience with coffee, coffee production and espresso machines.
• Experience with Italian food products and wine preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs QSR operations to maximize profitability while upholding standards.
• Builds and leads a high-performing team: recruiting, training, motivating, evaluating and retaining talent.
• Optimizes schedules and labor to minimize costs and maximize sales.
• Ensures the team delivers a consistently high level of service.
• Executes pricing, merchandising, new products and promotions to drive sales.
• Analyzes QSR financials focusing on COGS and labor.
• Partners with senior leaders on QSR growth strategy.
• Prepares weekly QSR updates and coordinates cross-departmentally.
• Manages procurement of food/bev and equipment; checks orders.
• Assists with payroll, scheduling and terminations.
• Documents, investigates and resolves incidents.
• Performs other duties as required.
