Schnellecke Logistics USA seeks a qualified QSHE leader to manage the Quality Management System across the business unit, ensuring implementation and continuous improvement of safety, quality, environmental, and occupational health programs in line with OSHA, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, VDA 6.8, and customer requirements.

Develop and promote a culture of safety, quality, sustainability, and compliance while ensuring adherence to applicable OSHA regulations, international standards including ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, VDA 6.8, customer-specific requirements, and standards established by Schnellecke Logistics.
Position Purpose: Management of the Quality Management System, responsible for, but not limited to, ensuring implementation and continuous improvement of safety, quality, environmental, and occupational health systems for the business unit. Develop and promote a culture of safety, quality, sustainability, and compliance while ensuring adherence to applicable OSHA regulations, international standards including ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, VDA 6.8, customer-specific requirements, and standards established by Schnellecke Logistics.
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related QSHE (Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental) field.
Minimum of 3+ years of related QSHE experience within automotive, manufacturing, or 3PL logistics environments.
Lead auditor qualification in at least one relevant standard, such as VDA 6.8/VDA 6.3, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, or ISO 14001.
Proven experience managing multi-standard Integrated Management System (IMS) frameworks, including quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety requirements.
Strong ability to analyze key management issues, audit findings, operational data, and performance trends to drive continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to foster a culture of quality, sustainability, and safety throughout the logistics organization.
Fluent in English.
