Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC is seeking a qualified Medical Assistant – Clinical Support (QMAP) in Loveland, CO. You will assist nursing and medical teams with patient information, vital signs, specimen collection, EKGs, and medication support within a residential treatment setting.

The role requires QMAP certification or progression toward it, prior MA training, and compliance with HIPAA. Strong teamwork and clinical communication are essential.

Competenze

• QMAP certification or ability to obtain within required timeframe.
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred.
• Current Medical Assistant certification preferred.
• Previous healthcare experience required; behavioral health, residential treatment, detoxification or inpatient settings preferred.
• Demonstrated competency in vital signs, phlebotomy, EKGs preferred.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification current.
• Knowledge of EMR systems; KIPU experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Interact routinely with patients, observe behaviors and communicate concerns to nursing and treatment teams.
• Document vital signs and patient information accurately.
• Obtain patient histories and information via interviews and forms.
• Collect laboratory specimens and venipuncture when trained.
• Perform CLIA‑waived testing as trained.
• Perform and document EKGs and notify licensed staff of abnormal results.
• Prepare patients for examinations and assist clinicians as directed.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR and communicate changes promptly.
