Avenues Recovery Center in Fort Collins, CO is hiring QMAPs to support detox and residential programs. The role includes stabilizing clients, assisting with nursing tasks, coordinating with medical teams, managing supplies, and arranging aftercare and pharmacy needs.

Mansioni

• Provide quality, timely medical care to stabilize clients.
• Assist with nursing shift duties (vitals, drug screens, charting).
• Collaborate with medical and clinical teams for care coordination.
• Manage, order and restock medical supplies as needed.
• Schedule medical appointments and arrange post-discharge aftercare.
• Assist with pharmacy needs and prescription authorizations.
