Avenues Recovery Center in Fort Collins, CO is hiring Qualified Medication Aide (QMAP) for our inpatient Detox and Residential treatment facility. The role involves stabilizing clients, assisting with nursing duties, and coordinating care with medical teams.

Requirements include QMAP licensure, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and at least one year of sobriety if in recovery. Strong teamwork and patient care focus are essential.

Formación

• QMAP licensure required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide quality, timely medical care to stabilize clients and enable engagement in treatment.
• Assist with nursing shift duties (vitals, drug screens, medication administration, charting and reporting).
• Collaborate with medical and clinical teams for seamless coordination of care.
• Manage, order and restock medical supplies as necessary.
• Schedule medical appointments and arrange aftercare providers for post-discharge.
• Assist with pharmacy needs and prescription authorizations.
