Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Fort Collins, CO is hiring QMAPs for our inpatient Detox and Residential facility. You will provide quality medical care to stabilize clients and enable them to engage fully in treatment.

Responsibilities include assisting with nursing duties, coordinating with medical and clinical teams, managing supplies, arranging aftercare, and handling pharmacy needs. A valid QMAP license and a high school diploma are required; a valid driver's license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• QMAP licensure is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license with clean record.
• If you are in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality, timely medical care to stabilize clients and enable engagement in treatment.
• Assist with all nursing shift duties (vitals, drug screens, medication administration, charting and reporting).
• Collaborate with medical and clinical teams for coordinated care.
• Manage, order and restock medical supplies.
• Schedule medical appointments and arrange aftercare providers for post-discharge.
• Assist with pharmacy needs and prescription authorizations.
