Coal Creek Post Acute and Assisted Living is seeking a PRN QMAP to join our compassionate caregiving team. This role involves administering medications, supervising residents, and assisting with daily living activities, all while adhering to care plans and regulatory guidelines.

The successful candidate will hold a QMAP Certificate, be able to lift at least 51 lbs, and communicate fluently in English. We offer a supportive environment with training and growth opportunities, and a schedule

Formación

• Requires a QMAP Certificate.
• Ability to lift at least 51 lbs on a regular basis and assist residents.
• Fluently read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide residents with medication administration and treatment assistance and services according to the health care provider’s orders
• Supervise residents who self-administer medication while following community and regulatory guidelines
• Report any changes in residents’ physical condition and/or behaviors
• Maintain resident records regarding medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents and observations
• Provide assistance as needed with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort service, and other activities of daily living.
• Follow the schedule of resident’s needs set out by supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
