Job summary

Frontline is hiring a Qualified Medication Administration Personnel (QMAP) to provide safe medication assistance and compassionate care to our senior residents at Waneka Park. The role emphasizes accuracy, observation, and support in daily living activities within a licensed community.

Expect to follow state regulations, maintain documentation, and collaborate with nursing staff to ensure residents’ well-being. QMAP certification and CPR knowledge are essential. Pay range is $20-$22 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid and active state-issued QMAP certification.
• Strong knowledge of emergency response and first aid (including CPR).
• Commitment to health and safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with state regulations and community policies
• Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff
• Provide support and assistance with daily living activities as needed

About the Role:

As a QMAP, you’ll bring comfort, companionship, and skilled medication assistance to our senior residents, brightening their days with every interaction. In this role, you’ll safely administer medications, observe and report changes in residents’ conditions, assist with daily living activities, maintain accurate documentation, follow health and safety regulations, and provide ongoing support and companionship to those in your care.
