Job summary

Legend Senior Living is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (C.M.A.) to join our nursing team in Colorado. You will assist residents with activities of daily living and coordinate medication administration to support holistic care.

As a CMA, you will document tasks, monitor residents' comfort, and communicate needs clearly to the Health Care Director. This full-time role may require occasional evenings or weekends and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Certification to pass medications as required by state regulations.
• Experience assisting with activities of daily living is preferred.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assistance with medications for all assigned residents.
• Assisting with the daily care of the residents, including personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, and meals.
• Monitoring the resident’s physical and emotional comfort and responding as needed.
• Documenting completed tasks such as daily shift reports, resident records, and negotiated service agreements.
• Confidentially communicating clearly to other staff, such as urgent needs for the next shift and all concerns to the Health Care Director.
