Job summary

Waneka Park Assisted Living is seeking a qualified QMAP to administer medications and provide compassionate care to our senior residents. You will observe residents, report changes to nursing staff, assist with daily living activities, and maintain accurate documentation in a supportive community setting.

We value safety, regulatory compliance, and a caring approach. A current QMAP certification and high school diploma are preferred, with a commitment to health and safety standards and ongoing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid and active state-issued QMAP certification.
• Strong knowledge of emergency response and first aid (including CPR).
• Commitment to health and safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with state regulations and community policies.

• Provide support and assistance with daily living activities as needed.

Now Hiring: Qualified Medication Administration Personnel (QMAP)

About the Role:

As a QMAP, you'll bring comfort, companionship, and skilled medication assistance to our senior residents, brightening their days with every interaction. In this role, you'll safely administer medications, observe and report changes in residents' conditions, assist with daily living activities, maintain accurate documentation, follow health and safety regulations, and provide ongoing support and companionship to those in your care.
