Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Weekend Option QMA for Saturdays and Sundays, 6p–6a, to provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents. You will prepare and administer medications, handle on-site safety devices, and support onboarding of new teammates in a collaborative environment.

The role emphasizes CARE values, requires state-approved medication administration training and CPR/QMA certifications, and offers benefits designed for weekend staffing and career development.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates CARE values in interactions with residents, families and staff.
• Successful completion of a state approved training program in medication administration.
• Must complete annual medication evaluation with a Registered Pharmacy Consultant or designee.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Current active QMA Certification.

Responsibilities

• Make a difference by providing care and compassion to residents.
• Assist onboarding of new teammates as a positive team member.
• Prepare and administer medications in a timely and professional manner.
• Respond promptly to call lights, bed/chair sensors, pull-pin alarms, and security care bracelets.
