Job summary

American Senior Communities seeks a Qualified Medication Aide for Aster Place Assisted Living in Indiana. The role includes full-time evening and part-time night shifts, administering medications and supporting residents daily.

You will work with the care team to deliver person-centered care and uphold CARE values. Ideal candidates have state-approved medication administration training, an Indiana QMA license, and a strong passion for geriatric nursing, with excellent communication and teamwork

Full-time Evening and Part-time Night Shifts

As a Qualified Medication Aide, you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff. Each day, our QMAs utilize their skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of the residents, leading to a rewarding sense of fulfillment and satisfaction.
