Job summary

You will develop UAT scenarios, create test data, execute end-to-end and regression testing, document results, and collaborate with business users, developers, and project teams to ensure production readiness.

Qualifications

• Prior hands-on experience supporting UAT for a Child Support Modernization implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Child Support processes, policies, case management operations, and related workflows.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to identify defects, gaps, and inconsistencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities across Child Support modules and business functions.
• Develop detailed UAT scenarios, test cases, and test data based on business processes, functional requirements, and user workflows.
• Perform thorough functional, end-to-end, regression, and validation testing to ensure system quality and business readiness.
• Accurately document test execution results, identify issues, and create clear, reproducible defect reports.
• Participate in defect triage meetings, validate defect resolutions, perform retesting, and verify production readiness.
• Validate system functionality against Child Support policies, federal regulations, and operational requirements.
