Qualifications

• Prior hands-on experience supporting UAT for a Child Support Modernization implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Child Support business processes, policies, case management operations, and workflows.
• Ability to execute detailed test cases, identify defects, and validate system functionality with high accuracy.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify subtle issues and gaps.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities across Child Support modules and business functions.
• Develop detailed UAT scenarios, test cases, and test data based on business processes, functional requirements, and user workflows.
• Perform thorough functional, end-to-end, regression, and validation testing to ensure system quality and business readiness.
• Accurately document test execution results, identify issues, and create clear, reproducible defect reports.
• Participate in defect triage meetings, validate defect resolutions, perform retesting, and verify production readiness.
• Validate system functionality against Child Support policies, business processes, federal regulations, and operational requirements.
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, missing requirements, and potential business impacts during testing.
• Support UAT planning, readiness activities, daily status reporting, metrics collection, and test cycle completion.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, vendors, and project teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Support statewide implementation activities, production validation, and post-go-live stabilization efforts.
• Ensure all testing artifacts are complete, accurate, and meet Quality Management standards.
