Exceptional attention to detail with ability to identify subtle issues, inconsistencies, and gaps in business processes.

Responsibilities

Execute comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities across Child Support modules and business functions.
Develop detailed UAT scenarios, test cases, and test data based on business processes, functional requirements, and user workflows.
Perform thorough functional, end-to-end, regression, and validation testing to ensure system quality and business readiness.
Document test execution results, identify issues, and create clear, reproducible defect reports.
Participate in defect triage meetings, validate defect resolutions, perform retesting, and verify production readiness.
Validate system functionality against Child Support policies and federal regulations.
