Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive UAT activities across Child Support modules and business functions.
• Develop detailed UAT scenarios, test cases, and test data from business processes and requirements.
• Perform functional, end-to-end, regression, and validation testing to ensure system readiness.
• Document test execution results, identify issues, and create reproducible defect reports.
• Participate in defect triage, validate resolutions, retest, and verify production readiness.
• Validate system functionality against Child Support policies, federal regulations, and operations.
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and potential business impacts during testing.
• Support UAT planning, readiness activities, status reporting, and metrics collection.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, vendors, and project teams to resolve issues.
