Qualifications

• Compliance with State policies and procedures is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute UAT activities across Child Support modules.
• Work with SMEs to develop UAT scenarios and test cases based on business processes.
• Execute UAT test cases, document results, and log defects.
• Support defect triage and retesting.
• Validate system functionality against Child Support policies and requirements.
• Assist with UAT readiness and daily status updates.
• Support statewide rollouts and post-go-live stabilization.
