Beacon Mental Health in Missouri seeks a seasoned leader to run the agency's Quality Improvement (QI) department. You will sustain the QI system to meet regulatory standards, oversee outcomes, credentialing, utilization, and audits, and guide staff across multiple roles.

Strong supervision, training, and policy adherence are required. You will coordinate audits, manage documentation workflows with HIM, and ensure timely corrective actions while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.

Formación

• Masters Degree required.
• Clinically Licensed or Provisionally Licensed preferred.
• 3+ years of position related experience required.
• Direct supervision of staff preferred.
• Knowledge of CARF and CCBHC Standards, Missouri DMH regulations, and Medicaid billing rules preferred.
• Knowledge of data collection, analysis, statistics, and data presentation.

Responsabilidades

• Provides direct supervision of the Outcomes Specialist, Compliance Specialist, QI Coordinator, Utilization Management Coordinator, and Auditingpositions to include regular supervision, training, assignment of work, policy/procedure compliance, and performance reviews.
• Oversees the documentation/billing corrections ticket system and ensures timely action.
• Develops department goals and participates in budgeting with direct responsibility for adherence.
• Develops and provides training related to documentation and billing requirements.
• Coordinates internal and contract provider audits for clinical programs with department managers.
• Coordinates with HIM to ensure payor chart requests are completed accurately and timely.
• Maintains knowledge of agency policies, service codes, regulatory guidelines; acts as primary contact for documentation requirements.
• Prepares for and coordinates audits and CARF surveys; follows up on action plans.
