Job summary

Hillcrest Children & Family Center in Washington, DC seeks a Quality Improvement Lead to develop and manage the QI compliance work plan, track actions, and ensure adherence to federal and state standards. You will analyze regulatory changes and coordinate with quality leaders to implement policy updates.

With 3+ years in behavioral health or community health and a background in accreditation and NCQA processes, you will mentor staff, oversee audits, and drive continuous improvement across care

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a health related field; Master's preferred.
• Quality improvement experience including accreditation and auditing, or a minimum of 3 years of related experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a behavioral health or community health setting preferred.
• Active clinical licensure in District of Columbia encouraged (LPC or LICSW).
• Experience with NCQA Standards and Accreditation processes.

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains QI Compliance work plan tracking actions to meet standards.
• Performs research and analysis of health care reform and regulatory changes.
• Determines updates for work plans and ensures quality leaders meet requirements and review indicators.
• Coordinates with staff and managers to develop agendas and ensure documents/policies are approved.
• Directs revisions to ensure program compliance with regulations and standards.
• Mentors staff and provides training on treatment planning, documentation and compliance.
• Oversee internal auditing for file reviews to determine compliance with regulations.
• Examines review results and develops actions for improvement.
