Job summary

BLEHEALTH, LLC is seeking a QI Manager to lead Quality Improvement, Performance Improvement, Compliance, Risk Management, Patient Safety, and Care Management quality functions. You will collaborate with RN Clinical Director and Clinical Oversight Manager to improve member outcomes and ensure audit readiness.

Responsibilities include chart reviews, care plan validation, data reporting, and leading QI teams to address gaps and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recent experience in quality improvement, performance improvement, risk management, or clinical oversight.
• Knowledge of Home Health/Home Care, Case Management, UDS & HEDIS, CalAIM, CDPH, CMS, MediCal regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel.
• Experience with accreditation readiness (Joint Commission, NCQA, CHAP, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional improvement teams and committees.
• Oversee Quality Improvement and Performance Improvement programs.
• Ensure charts, care plans, and documentation are complete and audit-ready.
• Coordinate audits, corrective actions, and regulatory submissions.
• Develop and maintain QI work plans and performance dashboards.
• Perform data collection, analysis, and reporting for metrics.
• Provide clinical guidance and staff training on QI tools and standards.
• Collaborate with HR, Care Management, and leadership on quality initiatives.
• Promote continuous quality improvement across BLEHEALTH.
