Position Summary
Under the supervision of the Quality Improvement & Compliance Director and in collaboration with the Medical Director, the Quality Improvement and Compliance Analyst maintains and implements the GMWP Quality Improvement program, monitors staff compliance with regulations, and partners with leadership to resolve issues. Facilitates relationships across teams to promote values, culture, and mission.

Essential Functions

• Conduct medical records audits, monitor documentation, and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Maintain medical record retention per policies.
• Participate in EMR training and develop training materials.
• Track Service Delivery Requests, Grievances, and Appeals to meet regulatory timelines.
• Assist with audits and prepare documentation for reviews.
• Gather and validate data for surveys, ensuring maximum participation.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Protect privacy and confidentiality.
• Follow policies, participate in QI activities, and contribute to team efforts.

Education and Certification
Bachelor's degree or 5 years of PACE experience.

Skills & Experience

• Experience managing data, conducting analyses, and working with EMRs preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, state, and federal regulations.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Experience working with elderly population preferred.

Medical Clearance
Must have clearance for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations.
