Candidate must live in North Carolina. This is a remote/out-stationed position serving Raleigh-Durham and all of North Carolina. The Program Compliance Specialist will physically travel to sites within North Carolina.

The Program Compliance Specialist is responsible for conducting management reviews of assigned properties, including tenant file reviews, rent calculations, FHEO compliance, and follow-up monitoring to ensure adherence to HUD requirements. The role also involves conducting follow-up inspections of multifamily project-based Section 8 units referred by HUD, documenting conditions.
