Job Summary

The IT Compliance Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that the organization's IT practices, systems, and processes adhere to relevant laws, regulations, industry standards, and internal policies. Their primary focus is on maintaining and verifying compliance in data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

Minimum Qualifications
  • A bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience, with a working knowledge of IT compliance, risk management, audit, or related roles, focusing on regulatory compliance and industry standards.
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT administration, security, or audit.
Job Responsibilities
  • Stay informed about laws and regulations impacting IT operations, such as GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, and other relevant frameworks.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining IT compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines aligned with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify compliance risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Work with the Audit team to plan and execute compliance audits, document findings, and report to management.
  • Ensure data handling and data protection practices comply with privacy regulations.
  • Monitor data processing activities to identify compliance gaps.
  • Review IT security controls to ensure they meet regulatory standards.
  • Develop data protection plans to safeguard customer and client data.
  • Maintain records of compliance assessments, audit reports, and related documentation.
  • Develop and deliver training on IT compliance requirements.
  • Prepare compliance reports for management and regulatory authorities.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to leadership.
  • Collaborate with departments to address compliance gaps and implement corrective actions.
  • Enforce IT compliance policies organization-wide.
  • Assist with external audits and provide necessary documentation.
  • Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Assist with software licensing, vendor management, and contracts.
  • Perform other tasks and projects as assigned.
Benefits Package
  • Salary range $62,130 - $77,660
  • Annual bonus up to 14% based on eligibility and company goals.
