Qualifications

• Knowledge of various dd/mental health funding sources and their requirements.
• Extremely organized with excellent communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide case coordination and supervision to individuals with developmental disabilities in Durham, Wake, Orange and Granville Counties.
• Manage caseload with attention to funding sources and required documentation.
