Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a QC Training Program lead to shape and drive the training strategy for QC operations, ensuring Right-First-Time lab performance. The role demands SME-level knowledge of adult learning, collaboration across cross-functional teams, and active involvement in regulatory inspections.

You will develop training materials, monitor KPIs, and mentor staff to raise training effectiveness.

• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple projects.
• Ability to communicate status, blockers and needs with peers and management.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the QC Training Program and related tasks, including CAPA and deviations.
• Represent QC in cross-functional training forums, site planning meetings and audits.
• Develop, review, and improve training materials, SOPs and trend reports.
• Monitor KPIs, ensure Right-First-Time lab operations, and drive process improvements.
• Anticipate mid- and long-term training needs and perform troubleshooting.
• Mentor others on QC test methods and onboarding programs.
• Interface with regulatory inspections and external audits.
