Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead QC training program and related projects.
• Coordinate site activities to align training across networks.
• Develop and review training materials, SOPs, and procedures.
• Create and update technical documents such as test methods and trend reports.
• Develop, monitor and report training KPIs and effectiveness.
• Mentor others on QC test methods and LIMS-related training.
• Support regulatory inspections with training documentation.
• Drive continuous improvements in training processes.
