Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Summit West, NJ, US is seeking a Subject matter expert to Own the QC Training Program, build training infrastructure, and lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure Right-First-Time lab operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science required; advanced degree preferred.
• 6+ years of analytical testing or QC experience in a regulated environment.
• Experience with adult learning and laboratory techniques (cell-based assays, flow cytometry, qPCR, ELISA, LIMS).

Responsibilities

• Subject matter expert on QC training program and adult learning; represent QC in cross-functional forums.
• Coordinate site activities to drive training effectiveness and efficiencies.
• Create and review training material, documentation, and procedures; authorship of technical documents.
• Develop, monitor, and report training KPIs and effectiveness to ensure Right-First-Time lab operations.
• Own QC Training Program, project, CAPA and deviation/investigation tasks; drive continuous improvement.
• Represent department in regulatory inspections (internal and external audits).
• Train and mentor others on QC test methods, processes, and procedures.
