Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Specialist, Training and Development to lead the site Manufacturing Training Program and develop training solutions that meet regulatory requirements. The role involves training staff, assessing proficiency, and participating in cleanroom processing as needed.

Candidates should have a BS in Biology or related field with 4–5+ years in a clinical lab or cell culture environment, strong MS Word/PowerPoint/Excel skills, and excellent organizational abilities for

Qualifications

Requires a high level of understanding of cell therapy processes, controls, and GMP requirements.
Intermediate skills in design, development, and implementation of training.
Advanced skills in using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Requires organizational and time management skills.
Ability to communicate information clearly in classroom settings.

Responsibilities

Implements training programs that meet regulatory requirements & business needs.
Works with Manager to create training and development plans addressing production demands.
Conducts ILT and OJT sessions to ensure proficiency of cleanroom operators.
Provides feedback to trainees and communicates skill gaps for additional training.
Develops course content and procedures including new SOPs and training materials.
