Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Scientist, QC Systems for the Cell Therapy Facility to develop, configure, and manage QC electronic systems supporting QC operations. You will drive data verification, system integrations, and validation efforts to improve efficiency and data integrity.

The role requires SME-level knowledge of validated systems and the ability to guide end users, collaborate with IT, and support strategic QC initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science or related engineering field.
• 6+ years in LIMS, ELN and laboratory software systems (e.g., Smart-QC) in a regulated environment.
• Experience with validation and maintenance of laboratory electronic software systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and manage QC electronic systems and applications.
• Perform data verification and system integration (Smart-QC, LIMS, ERP, MES).
• Create and execute computer system validation documents (URS, OQ, PQ, etc.).
• Provide end-user support and troubleshoot electronic systems.
• Lead improvements and projects related to electronic systems and CAPA/Investigations.
• Translate business requirements into technical design for IT partners.
