Job summary

Qualifications

• Intermediate skills in design, development, and implementation of training.
• Advanced skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate information clearly in classroom settings.

Responsibilities

• Develops and administers training solutions that adhere to the Site Training Program.
• Collaborates with Manager to create training plans addressing production demands.
• Implements ILT and OJT sessions to ensure operator proficiency.
• Maintains training documentation and records.
