Job summary

Quality Control Technician positions on second shift and night shift are based in Schaumburg, IL. Mural-Group is partnering with a well-established frozen dough producer to fill two openings; one for second shift and one for night shift.

The role offers $22/hr base pay plus shift differential and mandatory overtime, with six days per week. You'll perform comprehensive QC checks across the production line, including metal detector sweeps, batch ticket verification, label matching, allergen swabs,

Qualifications

• QC or quality inspection background in manufacturing.
• Food industry experience is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Available to work second or night shift Monday–Saturday.
• Computer literate: email, Excel, Word, scanning and saving files.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality checks across the production line from start to finish.
• Conduct metal detector checks and batch ticket verification.
• Verify labels, lock codes, allergens, and ATP swabs.
• Visual inspection from mixing through molding; monitor weights and belt inspections.
• Place product on hold when standards are not met; night shift pre-op release.
