Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Proficient in English (read/write) and Spanish a plus.
• Proficient with basic math.
• Familiar with MS Office.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and USDA regulations is a plus.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Identifies raw and cooked material condition by sampling and testing.
• Identifies in-process product condition by sampling during production and testing.
• Determines disposition of finished product by analyzing data and judging acceptability.
• Documents finished product status by recording inspection and test data.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by following procedures and regulations.
• Participates in food safety programs and attends training sessions.
