Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Approve/correct batches – apply basic lab techniques and measurement skills.
• Perform lab checks following SOPs and monitor specified items.
• Execute pre-ops and Preventive Control (PC) checks.
• Notify up line when noncompliance is found per SOP and escalate as needed.
• Conduct specified analytical tests (e.g., VC, Salt, Brix, pH, DS, TA, Vit C) and compare to controls.
• Test physical properties of raw materials and finished products per procedures.
• Perform special audits on materials or products on hold as needed.
• Support food safety and quality objectives across the line.
• Report quality and food safety issues promptly to authorized personnel.
• Follow company policies including manufacturing and safety practices.
• Coach production associates on data collection activities.
• Perform other duties as instructed by management.
