Job summary

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Civil or Electrical with 2 years related experience.
• USACE CQM within the last five years.
• Knowledge of drawings, inspections, test plans, acceptance criteria and quality records.
• Ability to observe work, document deficiencies, and communicate corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the quality POC with site team, management, subcontractors, inspectors and testing agencies.
• Implement and maintain QGS Quality Assurance Plan and site quality requirements.
• Develop, review and control quality documents including ITPs, test data and records.
• Perform independent quality oversight, inspections, and field observations.
• Verify testing/inspections are completed and hold/witness points observed.
• Document nonconformances, drive corrective actions, and track resolutions.
• Ensure M&TE is calibrated and properly documented.
• Attend project meetings and coordinate quality activities with project team.
• Support audits, client surveillances and continuous improvement.
