Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, technical, or business discipline.
• 10 years of relevant QA leadership experience in manufacturing or production.
• At least 5 of the 10 years in production facilities.
• DoD Secret clearance required.
• Experience maintaining inspection records and implementing corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and oversee the quality control and safety program to ensure full compliance across fabrication, machining, and prototyping.
• Analyze complex quality requirements, lead investigations of significant deficiencies, and maintain master Quality Control files.
