Job summary

International Motors USA seeks an Associate Quality Control Inspection Manager to lead the Quality Department and coordinate quality deviations, systems, and performance metrics. Reports to Plant Quality Manager and collaborates with TRATON sites on quality elements.

The role requires the ability to mentor teams, maintain APQP artifacts, and drive cross-functional improvement across manufacturing operations. Day shift begins at 5:30am.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years quality inspection experience.
• Master's degree and 2+ years quality inspection experience.
• At least 6 years of quality inspection experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead/Manage the Quality Department, which includes Quality Engineers, Assurance Inspectors.
• Foster and Lead Practical Problem-Solving activities.
• Monitor Campaign process & progress.
• Manage compliance of manufacturing and production processes with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Perform analysis of reports and production data to identify trends and recommend updates to quality standards and procedures.
• Proficient in developing and maintaining APQP documents.
