Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a QC Compliance Specialist to join their team. As a QC Compliance Specialist, you will be part of the Quality Control Compliance team supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Details

• Title: QC Compliance Specialist
• Location: Remote
• Pay Range: $35 - $40 / hr

Responsibilities

1. Review change requests in ServiceNow to ensure adherence to SDLC standards.
2. Ensure traceability exists throughout the SDLC for the change requests under review.
3. Analyze business requirements and technical specifications for applications used within the organization.
4. Collaborate and communicate across various disciplines and departments to ensure compliance with bank standards.
5. Continuously improve service delivery according to industry standard quality management guidelines.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2. 5 years of IT experience, preferably within the scope of web application testing.
3. Strong background in SDLC compliance and testing, with the ability to derive robust tests from requirements.
4. Experience working in Agile (Scrum) environments.
5. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
