PACS in Los Angeles is seeking a Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse to lead quality assurance and QAPI initiatives in a Long-Term Care setting. The role focuses on developing, implementing, and coordinating QA programs to enhance resident care and safety.

You will monitor trends, prepare quality reports, and work with the interdisciplinary team to educate staff. Infection control oversight and HIPAA-compliant practices are essential components of this role.

Qualificações

• RN or LVN license required with licensure
• 3 years Long Term Care experience preferred
• Specialized training in QAPI a plus

Responsabilidades

• Plan, implement, and monitor QA and QAPI programs to improve resident care
• Attend facility meetings/committees supporting QAPI program
• Monitor quality trends, prepare reports, and track corrective actions
• Collaborate with IDT to educate staff based on findings
• Oversee infection control processes, surveillance, and disease reporting
