PACS is seeking an experienced, licensed nurse to oversee nursing services for residents in a long‑term care setting. You will direct nursing assistants, administer medications, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining high quality care.

The role emphasizes leadership, accurate charting, care planning, and collaboration with physicians, with daily rounds, staff training, and QA participation.

Formación

• Must possess a Nursing Degree and a valid nursing license.
• Experience supervising nursing assistants and coordinating care teams.
• Ability to follow federal, state, and local rules and guidelines.
• Strong documentation and charting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Direct day‑to‑day nursing operations for residents.
• Supervise nursing assistants and ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain Nursing Service Procedures Manual and QA program.
• Complete charting, medication administration, and care plans.
• Coordinate with physicians and other staff to deliver comprehensive care.
