Job summary

NorthWest Senior and Disability Services is seeking a QA Specialist - Case Management to support Case Management staff and managers in maintaining high-quality services through training, QA reviews, and technical assistance. The role focuses on enforcing policies, providing guidance, and improving program tools.

The position requires a strong background in case management, training delivery, and collaboration with diverse teams to protect consumers and reduce agency risk.

Qualifications

• Minimum six (6) years of experience in social services or related field.
• Two (2) years in social service or public benefit programs; one (1) year in case management.
• Experience in training others.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial and ongoing training to develop and enhance employee knowledge and skills.
• Provide program guidance and technical assistance.
• Provide workload and leadership support.
• Support confidence in the Quality and Training Specialist and programs.
• Protect consumers and reduce agency risk.
• Deliver excellent customer service professionally.
