Job summary

Profitroom is seeking a Tester to join our team in a fully remote role based in Poland. You’ll start by performing manual testing with AI-assisted support to generate test scenarios and draft documentation, while building deep business domain knowledge in hospitality and bookings.

You’ll grow into a Quality Assurance Specialist by guiding developers before they build, exploring production systematically, and owning the quality health of a whole product area.

Qualifications

• Business and domain curiosity to understand pricing, bookings, and integrations.
• Meticulous, methodical testing using structured test scenarios and edge cases.
• AI-assisted testing with Claude Code, ChatGPT, or equivalent for generating test scenarios and documentation.
• Strong manual testing fundamentals including exploratory testing and bug reporting for developers.

Responsibilities

• Execute tests for features before release using edge-case thinking, not just scripted steps.
• Perform regular exploratory testing on production beyond the current sprint.
• Use AI to generate broader test scenarios and check coverage.
• Draft accurate product and technical docs with AI, validated by domain knowledge.
• Identify and propose fixes for stale processes and manual reporting.
