Job summary

LearnTastic is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer with 3–4 years of experience to strengthen our product quality and testing processes. The role is remote and involves manual and automation testing, creating test artifacts, and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.

You will use AI tools to improve test coverage and efficiency, validate UI/UX, and contribute to test automation for critical scenarios. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of software QA experience.
• Hands-on manual and automated testing.
• Experience using AI tools in testing workflows (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude).
• Basic knowledge of automation tools and frameworks (Selenium/Playwright).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and QA best practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end manual and automation testing across product features.
• Create and maintain structured test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
• Conduct regression, sanity, functional, and exploratory testing.
• Validate user workflows, UI/UX, functionality, and edge cases.
• Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams throughout development cycles.
• Contribute to basic test automation for repetitive/high-priority cases.
• Support continuous improvement of QA processes and testing practices.
