Job summary

Westlake Pipe & Fittings is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to oversee all QA testing of finished products in accordance with North American Pipe standards. You will perform various tests and ensure reports are accurately completed, while maintaining a clean and safe work area in a manufacturing setting.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and about three years of production or quality control experience.

Qualifications

• Experience performing QA testing and inspection to ensure product quality.
• Ability to complete QA paperwork and maintain accurate reports.
• Familiarity with safety, quality control procedures, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Performs physical testing of product including rubber ring testing, impact, burst, flattening, and long-term checks.
• Completes required paperwork and reports as needed.
• Uses tools and instruments to assess and inspect product quality.
• Checks finished goods for delivery and returned items for stock acceptance.
• Reviews inventory and removes damaged product from stock.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area and can assist in daily plant operations.
