Job summary

Westlake Pipe & Fittings is seeking a Quality Assurance technician to perform QA testing on finished products and maintain strict quality standards. The role requires completing paperwork, inspecting stock, and identifying damaged items for removal from inventory.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED and at least three years of production/quality control experience. This position involves standing and regular manual handling in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Three years’ experience or training in production and/or quality control are required.
• Ability to perform QA testing on finished products and maintain accurate paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of QA tests on finished product (rubber ring testing, impact, burst, flattening, brabender, long-term testing).
• Complete paperwork and reports as needed.
• Inspect and assess product quality and identify damaged stock for removal from inventory.
