Job summary

Westlake Pipe & Fittings in Sunflower, MS, is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician responsible for maintaining quality standards across finished products in accordance with North American Pipe's procedures.

You will perform physical testing (rubber ring, impact, burst, flattening), complete QA paperwork, inspect finished goods, and ensure inventory quality. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Three years' experience or training in production and/or quality control.
• Ability to perform QA testing and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Conducts physical product testing (rubber rings, impact, burst, flattening, brabender) and other QA tests.
• Completes paperwork and reports as needed.
• Uses tools and instruments to inspect product.
• Checks finished goods quality and inspects for delivery and returns.
• Reviews stocked pipe and removes damaged items.
• Maintains clean, safe work area.
• Performs other duties as needed.
