Job summary

Bonduelle Americas is seeking a QA Technician I to support the Quality Assurance team in ensuring food safety and product quality at our Swedesboro, NJ facility. You will perform routine quality checks, product sampling, and maintain documentation in accordance with GMP and HACCP guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Comfortable working in a cold, wet, fast-paced 24/7 production environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb stairs multiple times per shift
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Follow all GMP, PPE, safety, HACCP, and sanitation guidelines
• Perform finished product inspections and sampling for customer testing (Hold & Release)
• Collect and prepare product samples according to established QA and customer procedures
• Complete required logs and documentation for sampling and testing
• Conduct seal integrity tests on finished products and report issues to production teams
• Identify, document, and report quality non-conformances for immediate follow-up
• Maintain cleanliness and water levels of the Haug tank throughout the shift
• Enter sample submissions, leaks, and non-conformances into the QA system
• Support other QA tasks as assigned
