Job summary

Green Bay Dressed Beef, LLC is seeking a QA Technician at our Acme Street plant in Green Bay, WI. You will rotate quality tasks, review GMP and HACCP logs, conduct pre-op checks, and ensure conformance to specifications through inspection and data collection.

The role requires adherence to food safety procedures, accurate record-keeping, and cooperation with USDA oversight. Ongoing training in SQF, GMPs, HACCP, and SOPs is provided. Growth opportunities available within the facility.

Qualifications

• Must communicate in English (read, write, speak) and document effectively.
• Experience or training in GMPs, SQF, HACCP and food safety practices.
• Ability to work in varied temperatures and around moving equipment with PPE.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily task rotations (temperatures, tare weights, sampling, grade changes).
• Review and document GMP checks and corrective action logs accurately.
• Conduct pre-op checks, swabs, and collect samples for lab analysis.
