Job summary

Green Bay Dressed Beef, LLC. is seeking a QA Technician for our Acme Street plant. You will perform daily quality tasks, review logs, conduct swabs, monitor safety procedures, and interact with USDA as needed to ensure product conforms to specs.

The role requires bilingual English communication, ability to work in varied temperatures, and overtime as production dictates. Training in SQF, GMP, HACCP and SOPs is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED and communicate in English.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and heights with PPE.
• Must be able to work extended hours Mon–Sat with overtime as production needs dictate.
• Completion of Safety, SQF, GMP, HACCP, SOPs and Food defense training is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily rotation of tasks including temperatures, tare weights, sampling, and grade changes.
• Review GMP/SOP/SSOP paperwork for accuracy and accountability.
• Conduct pre-op/condensation/swabs and monitor floor procedures.
• Inspect line and finished products for conformance to specs and correct deficiencies.
• Collect samples for lab testing and interact with USDA as needed.
• Interpret test results and document findings, initiating corrective actions.
