Green Bay Dressed Beef, LLC (Acme Street) is seeking a QA Technician to join our Green Bay, Wisconsin facility. The role focuses on daily QA tasks, GMP/SOP compliance, and collaboration with USDA inspectors to maintain product quality and safety.

You will collect samples, perform inspections, log data, and take corrective action based on test results, supporting continuous improvement of our beef production processes.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must communicate effectively in English (read specs, SOPs, HACCP) and complete written documentation.
• Ability to work extended hours Monday through Saturday with overtime as production needs.
• High school diploma or GED is required; degree in Agricultural Science/Biology/meat science preferred.

Mansioni

• Perform daily QA tasks (temperatures, box tare weights, sampling, grade changes).
• Review GMP, SSOP, and SOP logs for accuracy and action as needed.
• Conduct pre-op checks, condensation tests, swabs, and inspections.
• Monitor food safety and quality procedures on the floor; report deficiencies and take corrective action.
• Collect samples for lab analysis and interact with USDA as needed.
• Interpret test results, compare with specs, and document findings.
