Job summary

Air Comfort, Inc. invites a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to join our local, family-owned team. You will perform pre-operational plant inspections, monitor GMP/SSOP compliance, and coordinate with sanitation, supervisors and USDA-related activities.

We offer flexible, part-time hours on a 4p-2am shift, with competitive hourly wages and a benefits package including 401K, health, life and disability insurance, plus paid holidays and vacation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Able to read and write English.
• Knowledge of HACCP programs is helpful.
• Understanding USDA regulations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-operational inspections of the plant.
• Monitor and ensure GMP and SSOP compliance.

Hours: various hours available, Monday - Friday, occassionally weekends

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

• Pre-operational inspection of the plant

Continuously- working around moving machinery, working in a cold, hot, slippery and damp environment.
